Merchant terms

In order to receive your cashback you must click through to this merchant via the link on this page and make your purchase without any interruptions in your journey.  

Cashback is offered and paid by MyCashbackSuperstore, NOT this merchant and claims relating to cashback must be directed to MyCashbackSuperstore.

Do NOT use PayPal or Google Checkout when making payment for your purchase as this will cause cashback to be declined.

Please keep your transaction reference in case you need to raise a cashback claim.

Voucher codes

Use of voucher codes other than those listed on MyCashbackSuperstore might not be authorised by the merchant and your cashback / discount may be declined.

Things you also need to know:

1. Please remember to ensure that your computer settings are set properly before you buy from this merchant.

    

2. Always make sure that you have deleted all cookies from your web browser and you have enabled cookies before you start to shop using any of the merchant links displayed on our site

    

3. Always comply with the specific terms stipulated by the merchant

    

4. Cashback may only be paid on the basket value excluding VAT and Delivery.

    

5. You must always click through to the merchant and proceed with your purchase or transaction immediately and wholly online.

    

6. Transactions for this retailer normally appear the following day, but they can take longer, maybe a few weeks, in some cases.

    

7. Confirmation of transactions normally takes within one month of the purchase date and should become payable 30 - 60 days after the event date, unless otherwise indicated.

    

8. Merchants continually review and revise their commissions and, therefore, our cashback rates are subject to change, at any time, both up and down.

    

9. We endeavour to ensure that all information displayed on our site is accurate and up-to-date. However, there may be instances where such information displayed might be out of date.

    

10. Whilst the majority of transactions from merchants do track successfully, there are a few occasions when a transaction might not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please send us your query through the Contact Us form, selecting “Cashback Payments” from the drop-down menu. You must submit your query within 100 days of the transaction, otherwise we will not be able to chase up older claims with the merchant.

     

11. Please note that some merchants may not be forthcoming with untracked cashback. We will always endeavour to chase untracked cashback, but we reserve the right to abandon enquiries at any time.

     

12. Please do not make purchase decisions wholly based on the expected cashback reward, as it is not always guaranteed. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.

     

13. Never contact a merchant with a cashback query. Always send your query to MyCashbackSuperstore.
